We are now looking for a Production Planner who wants to play a key role in our continued development. At Aston Harald Mekaniska Verkstad, you will work in a highly skilled technical team with short decision-making paths and a genuine commitment to quality, technology, and production.

About the role

As a Production Planner, you will be the spider in the web of our industrialization process. You will be responsible for ensuring that our production methods are clearly documented and controlled through the preparation in Monitor G5. The role requires a broad technical understanding, attention to detail, and the ability to translate information into clear instructions and structures.

Your main responsibilities

• Document and develop our production processes in Monitor G5.
• Create and maintain items, item structures, and operation lists.
• Develop and update work instructions, control protocols, and templates.
• Initiate and coordinate preparation activities within industrialization projects – you will act as an internal project manager until our production method is in production.
• Be responsible for change management of items and production documentation.

We believe you have

• Technical education in production technology, mechanics, or industrial engineering.
• Experience from manufacturing, preferably machining or assembly.
• Familiarity with business systems (Monitor or similar).
• Good reading comprehension of technical drawings and understanding of production flows.
• Experience with item structures and documentation work.
• Knowledge of LEAN, method standardization, and industrialization is a plus.

Additional information:

The work is primarily conducted at our production unit in Kristinehamn. Travel may be required.
