Your New Position

You will be part of the Building Services South unit, which consists of about 40 employees. We are part of our global Service Line, Industry and Infrastructure, where we primarily work on projects within industry, infrastructure, and also water treatment plants – often in multidisciplinary teams. Our organizational structure enables close collaboration across areas of expertise and national borders, allowing us to mobilize the right expertise for each assignment – regardless of where it is located in the organization.

As a Team Leader/Group Manager, in addition to executing exciting projects, you will engage in leadership, strategic work, market development, and growth. You play a crucial role in creating clear goals together with the unit manager and building a team based on Ramboll's strategy while continuously working on your employees' development. Within our unit, we value clear communication, honesty and openness, a good working climate, and unpretentious collaboration. You will report to the unit manager and be part of the unit's management team, where you, along with three other team leaders/Group Managers (HVAC and electrical), will help develop and drive the business forward.

As a Team Leader/Group Manager, your focus will be on:

• Recruitment and development of employees (personnel responsibility).
• Planning and resourcing projects from the team and the rest of the organization in Sweden and worldwide.
• Building good relationships with clients and creating new business opportunities.
• Working with bids and market development.
• Leading and developing common strategies for the team, unit, and business area.
• Project work in the project management function with a focus on delegation and quality.

About You

• Relevant education.
• Solid experience in project management within HVAC.
• The ability to build relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.
• Engagement and drive to advance projects.
• Interest in sustainability, digitalization, and innovation.
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
• Interest in developing our collaboration with colleagues both in Sweden and globally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment.
• Experience in market and bidding work.
• Experience in personnel responsibility.
