If the answer is yes, we now offer you a unique position where you will work with supervision for 50% of your working time. We are looking for an experienced general practitioner who wants to help develop and strengthen the health center to provide the best possible care to our citizens.

The position is a permanent employment at 100%, but the employment rate can be discussed based on your wishes.

The Role of the District Doctor

As a district doctor at Bra Liv Gislaved Health Center, you will be offered an independent position where you have the opportunity to influence your work. This position is intended for you who enjoy supervising doctors so that they develop in their professional roles. Therefore, 50% will be allocated for supervision.

The work is otherwise varied with planned and acute patient visits, collaboration with home care, and the opportunity to work in the municipality's special accommodations and/or child health care. Furthermore, we offer you a fun and exciting job close to the public with many contact points where your expertise is utilized and stimulated. On-call duty and emergency service at the Urgent Care Center are included in the position.

Bra Liv Gislaved Health Center, with fresh and beautiful premises, located in the center of Gislaved, is in an exciting phase of development. We have about 13,000 registered patients and over 50 employees from various professions. The hallmark of the health center is the team and the interdisciplinary work where the patient is placed at the center. Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has proof of specialist competence and good knowledge of the Swedish language (at least C1 level).
• Has experience as a district doctor and can play a central role in our medical team and the operations overall.
• Has experience supervising training doctors and other professions at the health center.
• Can work independently and with various professional groups.
• Is engaged and responsible and understands the importance of good communication.
• Is flexible and wants to develop and improve the operations together with us.
• Is open to new knowledge, works according to the latest research, and serves as a knowledge resource for your colleagues.
• Can adapt your work, communication, and approach based on the patient and situation.
• Holds a B driver's license.
• Through good collaboration with management and colleagues, wants to contribute to creating participation and a good work environment.
