The Role of Nursing Assistant

The main task is to care for patients before, during, and after surgery. This includes assisting the operating and anesthesia nurses during the procedure, preparing and dismantling the operating room together with the nurses, assisting with the connection of all medical equipment, logging in and preparing digital systems for a procedure, receiving patients in preoperative care, etc.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date according to agreement.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant and want to work with our wonderful team. We prefer that you have experience from the operating department and/or experience from a care department within somatic care. A routine procedure can quickly change into an acute situation, which requires the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances. You need to maintain your calm, be stable and controlled in pressured situations. It is important that you can work well with others and see your role in the workgroup. You must be able to meet the patient in such a way that the patient feels safe during the procedure.
