Operations Technician at Kraftstaden Fastigheter

Responsibilities

As an operations technician at Kraftstaden, you will work with the operation and maintenance of our properties, with a particular focus on HVAC and control technology. You will be an important part of our maintenance team and play a key role in ensuring high quality, good economy, and sustainable solutions.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Technical maintenance focusing on HVAC and control systems
• Maintenance and installation of electrical systems, fire supervision, and systematic fire protection work
• Other property-related issues
• Possible participation in on-call duty
• Represent Kraftstaden according to our values and create good customer relationships

Qualifications

You have at least a couple of years of work experience as an operations technician or property technician and knowledge in control systems. Having electrical authorization at level B is a significant advantage. Experience in control systems, HVAC, electrical work, systematic fire protection work, and property management is meritorious. You will be driving for work, so you must have a B driver's license.

As a person, you are driven and can take your own initiatives. You have a good ability to collaborate with both internal and external parties. You are responsible and can act professionally even under pressure. You have good analytical skills.

You actively use IT systems and digital tools in your work and have a genuine interest in development within your field. You keep yourself updated on new technology and preferably have a particular interest in digitalization and AI as tools to drive the business forward.
