About the Company

We are a premium manufacturer of motorboats within the leisure boat segment. Within Nimbus Group, 500 people work primarily in development, sales, and production. The head office is located in Långedrag outside Gothenburg. At our production unit in Lugnås, we started building boats under the Nimbus brand as early as 1968. With the expansion of our factory completed in 2022, we now have an annual capacity to build approximately 100 boats in the size range of 30 to 50 feet and employ 120 people.

Job Description

At Nimbus, you will have a varied everyday life with quality in focus. In your role as an electrician, you will perform electrical installations according to drawings, update and install relevant software, conduct troubleshooting with the help of a PC, and ensure that electrical installations comply with the prescribed rules and requirements.

Additionally, you will also be part of implementing new constructions in the group on behalf of the engineering department. Working on continuous improvement is a natural part of everyday life at Nimbus, so capturing and driving improvement proposals is also part of your daily routine.

You will work at the production unit in Lugnås, just outside Mariestad. The work is mainly carried out during the day, but some shift work may be required.

Start date by agreement. This is a recruitment, so you will be employed directly by Nimbus Group AB.

Qualifications

To be considered for the role of electrician, you must have relevant electrical education at least at the high school level, or equivalent experience through work that the employer deems comparable. We also expect you to have good knowledge of system installations and a strong ability to read electrical diagrams. Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is also a requirement.

As a person, you are a team player with a technical interest who puts the team before yourself. You are engaged in your work and care about maintaining a high quality in the work you leave behind. Taking initiative and being part of developing production forward is something that drives you.
