Are you curious about the connection between work and health and want to work to provide people with good conditions for a sustainable working and private life? Falck is now looking for a licensed psychologist based in Jönköping.

Working as a licensed psychologist at Falck health and occupational life means that you will influence one of Sweden's future industries, where your broad expertise is in demand and highly valued by our clients. You will deliver both digitally and physically to both local and national clients, providing an interesting variation in your job.

You will work closely with experienced and helpful colleagues such as company doctors, occupational nurses, physiotherapists, occupational safety engineers, rehabilitation coordinators, and others in cross-functional teams.

The focus is on interventions at the individual level but also at the group and organizational level. This can involve everything from rehabilitation efforts to lectures on stress management, psychosocial workplace surveys (OSA), and management coaching.

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • License as a psychologist
  • Experience in support conversations and treatments using methods such as CBT, ACT, or similar
  • Experience working with groups and/or conducting workshops
  • Swedish and English in spoken and written form
  • Driver's license (B)
  • Good computer skills and interest, preferably experience in delivering digital tools and working with online-based methods.

We would be especially pleased if you also have:

  • Experience in organizational assignments such as workplace surveys and group development
  • Experience in conducting training/lectures
  • Further education and experience in organizational and social workplace environment (OSA)
  • Experience working in occupational health care

Other:

Permanent employment starting with a 6-month probationary period. Full-time position with start date according to agreement. Working hours are weekdays 8-17, excluding weekends.

The position involves travel to units and clients in the local area as needed, which means you must have a driver's license (B) and preferably access to your own car.
