We are looking for a nurse for a long-term substitute position in Housing and Support, starting from February 1, 2026, to November 8, 2026. There are opportunities for continued employment within the Social Administration.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Our approach is person-centered, and we meet the patient in their home where we assess health status, care needs, etc. The work also involves supervising care and support staff in their caregiving tasks.

We have close collaboration with primary care and psychiatry regarding our patients, but also within the workgroup together with nursing colleagues, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and unit managers.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse, with work experience and/or further education in open health and medical care, geriatrics, and psychiatry being an advantage, but this is not a requirement.

We place great importance on your personal qualities and interest in our operations. As a person, you should be secure, structured, and flexible.

A valid driver's license is required as much of our work is performed in our group homes.
