Customer Relationship Manager in Certification and Business Assurance

Location: Stockholm (northern suburbs)
Business Area: Certification & Risk Management

As a Customer Relationship Manager in Certification and Business Assurance, you will play a key role in the company's continued growth in the Swedish market. The role is strongly focused on proactive sales and a high level of activity. You will spend the majority of your time identifying new business opportunities, making initial contact with potential clients, and building relationships that lead to long-term collaborations.

Your mission is to help organizations understand the value of certification and structured risk management, as well as how international expertise can support their development and improvement journey. You are responsible for the entire sales process – from prospecting and initial contact to closing – and have great freedom to influence your results.

This is a role for you who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys proactive sales, and is motivated by achieving clear goals. You will work closely with internal specialists to develop tailored solutions, but the responsibility for opening doors and creating new business opportunities lies with you.

Main Responsibilities
  • Prospect and identify new customers through calls, emails, and meetings
  • Work with a high level of activity and build a strong pipeline
  • Present certification services and explain how they support risk management and continuous improvement
  • Drive the entire sales process from initial contact to closing
  • Collaborate with internal teams in preparing proposals and ensure a smooth onboarding of new customers
  • Follow up on activities and results in relation to set sales targets
About You
  • Experience in B2B sales or business development (preferably 1–3 years)
  • Strong communication skills and experience in building long-term relationships
  • Self-driven, structured, and clearly results-oriented
  • Thrives in a fast-paced work environment and proactive customer engagement
  • Interest in sustainability, risk management, and business development
