About the Role

As a unit manager, you will lead a team of experienced employees in the areas of:

Project and management control
Competence and organizational development
Process management and process development
Resource planning and competence mapping
Communication
Digital workplace

Your leadership is characterized by trust, participation, and engagement. You create conditions, direction, and security - and your unit represents specialist knowledge and implementation power within its areas of work.

You have personnel, budget, and work environment responsibility for the unit's employees and ensure that each person has the conditions needed to grow, thrive, and succeed in their role. The role also means that you are the deputy area manager and part of the IT Center management group. You report to the area manager.

Qualifications

Several years of leadership experience, preferably with responsibility for senior specialists
Experience leading in larger or complex organizations
Experience in project management or project leadership
Experience in process and/or organizational development
Very good communicative and collaborative skills
It is also an advantage to have experience and understanding of the ITIL framework and PM3, as well as experience in communication, methodological support, or change work
