Do you want to help shape the future of Eldon Installation AB? As the current CEO is stepping up to become the chairman of the board and focusing entirely on the group's strategic development and growth journey, we are now looking for a CEO to take over the baton for Eldon Installation. We are looking for you, a development-oriented leader who values the opportunity to continue strengthening our market position together with an engaged team. Previous experience as a CEO is a plus, but we also welcome those who have held other leadership positions and now want to take the next step in their career. 

About the role

Eldon Installation AB is entering an exciting growth phase and is now seeking a development-oriented CEO who wants to take on the responsibility of leading the company towards new successes. We are established as a leading supplier of quality electrical components and solutions for power distribution and charging infrastructure – areas of crucial importance for the future society. Our strategy is to accelerate development from a strong foundation with business-oriented and competitive offerings.

As CEO, you will have overall responsibility – both strategically and operationally – with the mandate to drive development and ensure profitable growth. You will work closely with an engaged board and a competent team to further develop and implement our strategic business plan. The role also includes representing the company externally and working to strengthen Eldon Installation's position in the market. We are looking for a leader who has the ability to combine business acumen, technical understanding, and modern, inclusive leadership.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a relevant academic background and experience in strategic management work – with strengths in business and operational development. Experience in wholesale operations is an advantage as it provides insight into the business model and the market we operate in. You are used to developing processes and translating strategic goals into concrete results.

Technical understanding of production and distribution is an advantage, as is experience from manufacturing companies – although this is not crucial for success in the role.

As a person, you are confident, clear, and attentive – a communicative leader who inspires and engages by creating participation and trust, both internally and externally. In our corporate culture, we place great value on humility, collaboration, and joy at work.
