About the Job

You will work as an instructor during students' practical training, together with the work team.

This primarily concerns agricultural education in crop production and agricultural machinery, both in operation, service, and maintenance. The position also includes janitorial duties.

The position is a temporary contract until December 31, 2025.

Who Are We?

Munkagårdsgymnasiet is a small high school with only the Natural Resource Program in Tvååker. We offer specializations in Animal Care, Agriculture, Nature Tourism, Forestry, and Horticulture. The school also provides adult education and training tailored for students with NPF diagnoses. We have about 300 students and 120 staff. There is also a boarding school for students who live too far to commute daily. Munkagårdsgymnasiet aims to be a climate-neutral school by 2030.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with an interest in crop production and technology within the green sector. We expect you to have several years of experience as a machine operator/crop producer and preferably experience in service and maintenance of agricultural machinery, cars, and indoor mechanics. Experience and knowledge in janitorial work and repair is an advantage. A B driver's license is required, and higher qualifications are meritorious, as well as certification in Hot Work. You should have good knowledge of the Swedish language and good computer skills.

You are interested in working with students and sharing your knowledge in a pedagogical manner. You enjoy working both independently and in teams and contributing to a good work environment. You can see solutions and are flexible. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
