Are you a passionate grower with experience in pot plant production and production planning? Then you may be the one we are looking for to join our team at Arvidssons i Fjärås AB!
We are a successful gardening company that produces potted and outdoor plants of the highest quality all year round. With a greenhouse area of 32,500 sqm, Arvidssons in Fjärås is one of Sweden's largest producers of potted plants. Our focus is on sustainable cultivation and innovative cultivation techniques.
Now we are looking for a new employee who shares our passion for cultivation and wants to be involved in running an efficient and sustainable pot plant production with us.
We are looking for you who:
- Have a horticultural education and experience in cultivation.
- Are flexible and enjoy working both independently and in a team.
- Have good computer skills.
- Have a good technical understanding and experience of irrigation technology.
- Is structured, meticulous and likes to be organized.
Experience or training in professional cultivation is a requirement for this position.
