If necessary, we will train you when you start your employment as a timber measurer. Your training will take place in close contact with your manager, colleagues, and quality leaders.

Job Description

You will work at the Värö measuring station, which will also be the stationing location for the position. The working hours are shift work, and there will be both daytime, night, and weekend work. The working time is 36 hours per week. Your tasks include measuring, sampling, and other tasks at the measuring station such as some cleaning and administration. As a trained timber measurer, you will be responsible for the daily operations at the measuring station and will have ongoing contact with both drivers and customers. The work should be performed according to our core values, meaning in a reliable, impartial, and engaged manner. Of course, we do it together!

Who are you?

We see that you are a person who is meticulous, likes order and structure, and enjoys working with numbers. You are service-oriented, both towards customers and colleagues, have a knack for collaboration, and are a good team player. You are engaged, professional, trustworthy, and easily identify improvement opportunities to make your job better in everyday life. Furthermore, you need to be comfortable working in practical tasks and digital systems and be able to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing. A prerequisite for the position is that you have a B driver's license.

Desirable/meritorious

Forestry knowledge and experience in timber measurement are considered meritorious, as well as being able to communicate in English, but this is not a requirement.

Experience with shift work is an advantage but not a requirement.
