We are now looking for a structured and responsible logistics operator who wants to help ensure that our books reach readers efficiently and professionally.

About the position:

As a logistics operator at Scandbook, you will play a central role in our production chain. You will be responsible for ensuring that material flows and transports run smoothly and that finished books are delivered on time and with high quality.

Your main responsibilities:

• Receiving and inspecting incoming materials.
• Ensuring correct inventory management and material replenishment for production.
• Packing, packaging, and dispatching finished books.
• Booking transports and handling freight documents.
• Inventory counts and stock checks.
• Responsible for proper waste management in line with our environmental efforts.
• Purchasing materials and supplies, including liaising with suppliers and following up on orders to ensure that production always has the right resources in place.
• Internal transport with forklift within warehouse and production.

Your profile:

We are looking for someone with experience in warehouse or logistics work who thrives in an industrial environment where the pace can be high and the demands for accuracy are significant. You are solution-oriented, structured, and capable of working independently while contributing to strong teamwork. For us, your personal qualities are just as important as your background – we value initiative, a sense of responsibility, and the willingness to contribute to development.

We prefer candidates with forklift licenses A+B and experience driving forklifts in production environments. Experience with business systems, preferably Microsoft Business Central, is an advantage and will facilitate your work in our flows. You communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and ideally have good knowledge of English to handle international contacts. An interest in identifying improvement opportunities and contributing to the development of our processes is something we highly value.
