Logistics Coordinator at Trätåg AB in Falun

About the position

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will have overall responsibility for ensuring correct information flows and providing support to the operations within logistics, finance, and administration. You will be a central contact point and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders.

Your tasks include, for example:

  • Developing and analyzing statistics and reports for follow-up and improvement work.
  • Supporting the planning of railway transports and terminal operations.
  • Managing and following up on financial documents, invoices, and budget items.
  • Registering data and contributing to the development of routines and processes.
  • Acting as a contact person for administrative questions as well as for suppliers, contractors, and customers.

About you

You are analytical and have the ability to see both the big picture and the details. You are structured, meticulous, and have a natural talent for organizing and planning - even when conditions change rapidly. You are self-driven, take responsibility, and find it easy to plan and prioritize. At the same time, you enjoy collaborating, and your communication skills, along with a service-oriented and solution-focused approach, are crucial for succeeding in this role.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Post-secondary education in logistics, finance, transport, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in administrative work, preferably within transport/logistics.
  • Good system skills, especially in Excel and database management.
  • Interest in numbers, statistics, and analysis.
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Driving license B

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Experience in railway logistics
