Position: Permanent employment for 33 hours a week, probationary period applies.

Start date: 2026-02-02 or by agreement.

Working hours: Early morning, daytime, late evening, and weekends are a natural part of the job.

You put the finishing touch on the customer experience

You have the chance to make the last impression on our customers' visits, so you have an important task in making the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This can involve a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude, so that the customer finds their way in the store. You should ensure that the customer leaves satisfied - preferably with an extra item in their bag and a good feeling!

What will you do?

Every day brings new meetings and challenges, but some of your main tasks are:

  • Ensure that the daily operations at the checkout line and store work by leading and distributing the work.
  • Be a role model in customer interactions and inspire colleagues so that our customers leave the store with the feeling of a world-class customer meeting.
  • Together with the Sales Manager, be responsible for planning, following up, and developing the work in the department.
  • Work to coordinate resources and ensure that competence is used effectively to achieve set goals and manage daily staffing planning.
  • Work at the checkout and store, including game sales and service matters
  • Collaborate with colleagues throughout the store – we are a team and help where needed!

You report to the Sales Manager of the Checkout who has personnel responsibility for the department.

Who are you?

You are a natural problem solver who enjoys a fast-paced environment. A friendly hello and a desire to inspire and develop other people is a given for you. Do you have a great interest in food and selling products? Great! Do you have previous leadership experience – even better!

We believe that you:

  • Have a high school education and master Swedish in speech and writing. Since our customers speak more languages than that, it is fantastic if you do too.
  • Have a couple of years of previous experience working in retail in the area of Checkout/store.
  • Have previous experience working with ATG and Swedish games.
  • If you have previous experience in leadership, retail economics, and cash reporting, it is an advantage.
  • Love meeting customers and believe that service should be genuine and engaging
