As a customer service representative at Aqua Dental's support office, your main responsibilities are: 

  • Staff customer service via phone, email, social media, and reviews 

  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments in the journal system 

  • Provide professional and secure service to patients regarding treatments, products, offers, prices, payment solutions, etc. 

  • Handle inquiries about dental care support, reimbursements, and high-cost protection 

  • Collaborate with other departments in our support office and clinic staff to ensure a smooth patient flow 

  • Handle feedback and complaints in a solution-oriented and empathetic manner 

  • Deliver 5-star service, contribute to high patient satisfaction, and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions 

  • Actively participate in the development, testing, and improvement of systems, workflows, and digital processes 

  • Develop, update, and document routines and manuals 

  • Identify areas for improvement in the customer journey and drive initiatives for increased efficiency and patient satisfaction 

We are looking for someone who: 

  • Has completed upper secondary education

  • Has at least 2 years of experience in service work, preferably in customer service  

  • Has a strong sense of service and a genuine commitment to the patient experience 

  • Has good system and computer skills and an interest in digital solutions 

  • Is structured and accustomed to documenting routines, processes, and workflows 

  • Has the ability to identify improvement opportunities in the customer journey 

  • Is confident in handling complex cases and making decisions within given frameworks 

  • Is solution-oriented, responsible, and self-driven 

  • Communicates clearly and professionally in both spoken and written Swedish and English

Aqua Dental's support office consists of about 40 employees in marketing, HR, finance, quality, support, and other central functions. We are located in central Stockholm and work closely together in a daily environment characterized by collaboration, pace, and shared responsibility. We have a strong sense of community and also place great importance on doing things together to create a good atmosphere. 

In your immediate team, you will be part of approximately 15 employees with diverse and varied backgrounds in service, sales, and dental care. Together, we create a customer service that makes a real difference for our patients – every day.    We offer a dynamic work environment where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and development are in focus. Here, you will have the opportunity to influence workflows, routines, and systems while also contributing operationally in daily work. The position is a fixed-term employment for one year starting on March 2, 2026, or by agreement, with the possibility of extension or permanent employment after the fixed-term employment ends.
