ABOUT THE POSITION

Bilfinger Maintenance is one of five business areas within Bilfinger Sweden AB and consists of over 300 employees – from maintenance technicians and electricians to warehouse and supply specialists – who ensure that Bilfinger's customers' facilities operate optimally. Bilfinger works proactively to reduce unplanned downtime through smart service solutions, repairs, and projects.

As an industrial electrician at Bilfinger, you will work with installation, troubleshooting, repair, supervision, and maintenance, both in our electrical workshops and in the field. You contribute to ensuring the daily operation of existing systems by planning, executing, and reporting your work together with your workgroup. You will also participate in the planning of preventive maintenance and are expected to actively work on continuous improvements.

The position may involve travel and on-call duty. You will be part of a close-knit team where we collaborate, support each other, and have fun together even outside of work. Currently, the group consists of 8-10 employees, and there are good development opportunities for those who want to grow in the role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Tasks

• Work with installation, troubleshooting, repair, supervision, maintenance, and care – both in our electrical workshops and in the field
• Ensure the daily operation of existing systems
• Plan, execute, and report work together with your workgroup
• Participate in the planning of preventive maintenance work
• Work on continuous improvement efforts

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has extensive experience in electrical/automation within the industry
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English - spoken and written
• Has a B driver's license
• Has good computer skills
• Has an interest in health, environment, and safety issues

It is an advantage if you have knowledge of the business system SAP.
