ABOUT THE POSITION

On behalf of our client Medarca AB, we are now looking for a technical student who wants to work part-time in service, support, and production. Medarca is a growing company in medical storage and security solutions, offering a varied and developing role for those who want to combine studies with practical technical experience. We are looking for someone who can work around 2-3 days a week. Working hours vary between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

You will support their service technicians and contribute to both service and production work. This role suits you if you enjoy solving problems, are handy, and thrive in working independently. Here you will have freedom under responsibility in an environment where you gain great trust and varied tasks. The role involves providing technical support, managing production and inventory, as well as performing service and installations at customer sites. You are a key person in ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Support in assembling key cabinets and medical cabinets.
  • Contact between the office and production unit for material preparation.
  • Inventory management and quality control of deliveries.
  • Assembly and troubleshooting at customer sites (elderly care).
  • Phone support to customers.
  • Installation of products at customer sites.
  • Documentation of service cases.
  • Testing during the development of new products.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Is studying a technical education and has at least 1.5 years left of studies. Or has another main occupation of at least 50%.
  • Has a valid driver's license (B).
  • Has basic computer skills.
  • Is self-driven and solution-oriented.
  • Is service-oriented and social with good communication skills.
  • Is technical, handy, and curious.
  • Can work 2-3 days a week.

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Previous experience in service, support, or assembly.
  • Experience with customer contact.
  • Interest in technology, mechanics, or electronics.
