Your Responsibilities

As an industrial electrician at Knauf, you will be part of a dedicated and close-knit team that works closely with both production and factory development. Your daily work is varied and technically challenging, and you will actively contribute to driving the factory forward. You will, among other things:

  • Perform troubleshooting and work with both preventive and corrective maintenance in the facility
  • Follow and register work orders in the company's maintenance system
  • Drive and initiate improvement work with a focus on safety, availability, and efficiency
  • Participate in technical projects and new investments where you contribute to installations, cabinet constructions, and minor cabling
  • Be involved in analyzing operational disturbances and root cause analysis
  • Collaborate closely with mechanics, operators, and factory development to create a reliable and sustainable production

The work is conducted during the day. On-call duty occurs according to schedule.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a background in electricity and knowledge in automation - preferably with a high school education or equivalent. You have experience in electrical maintenance and are used to working in an industrial environment where technology, safety, and process understanding are important parts of everyday life.

We would like you to have:

  • Experience in troubleshooting and working with industrial equipment
  • Knowledge or interest in PLC and control systems
  • The ability to work systematically, plan your time, and maintain a good safety mindset
  • Curiosity about how processes are interconnected and an interest in understanding the whole
  • A willingness to contribute to good collaboration and a positive work environment
  • Very good computer skills and experience using digital work tools

As a person, you are solution-oriented, responsible, and confident in working independently when the situation requires it. You thrive in a role with many contact points and are happy to contribute ideas and suggestions for improvement.
