In Malmö, Willhem manages just over 1,500 apartments with plans to grow in the coming years. You will be welcomed by a great team of 11 people. As a property manager with us, you will be the one keeping an eye on the property and ensuring that our tenants receive continued excellent service. Your main tasks will be to troubleshoot, repair, and resolve issues that arise in our customers' apartments. Under the guidance of our property manager, you will be responsible for the properties and nurture and develop the relationship with our tenants.

Your tasks include:

- independently plan and carry out repairs and ongoing maintenance

- handle and document service requests, feedback, and complaints

- perform rounds in your property area

- conduct apartment inspections

- orders and approval of invoices

- oversee ventilation and heating in our properties

- create and maintain a good relationship with tenants and report tenant feedback

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a high school education, preferably with a focus on or further training in technology and/or property management. You are a handy problem solver with knowledge and experience in at least some of the areas of plumbing, apartment inspections, fire safety, round work, or electrical work. Furthermore, you have experience in customer-facing property work and are self-sufficient in the role of property manager. You should be comfortable working in data systems, and a B driver's license is required.

We place great importance on your personal qualities. As a property manager, you have a lot of control over your time, so we are looking for someone who is responsible and can prioritize their workday. You have a strong drive and are welcome to bring ideas on how we can improve our areas. Your ability to work independently is good, but you also function well in a team as we place great importance on collaboration and helping each other. As a property manager, you will work closely with our assistant property managers.
