🐥 About the role

We are looking for a hands-on maintenance technician to join our maintenance and technical team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our barns and technical systems operate optimally. As a maintenance technician, you will work on everything from troubleshooting and repairs to preventive maintenance and installation of new equipment. You will help ensure that animals, staff, and production have a safe and well-functioning environment.

The job involves travel between barns and close collaboration with animal caretakers. You are an important part of the team that continuously works to improve and develop maintenance work.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and repair of ventilation, water, feed systems, and lighting

• Planned and preventive maintenance in the barns

• Installation and improvement of equipment and technical systems

• Documentation of completed work

• Participate in the development of routines and improvements

🧰 Qualifications

• Practical/technical education or equivalent experience

• Experience in chicken barn or agricultural environment is an advantage

• Knowledge of ventilation and climate systems, preferably SKOV, is an advantage

• Driving license B

• Swedish spoken and written is a requirement, English is an advantage

• Good ability to work independently and in a team

🕒 Working hours

• Working hours: Monday – Friday 07:00 - 16:00

• The position includes on-call duty

• Overtime may occur
