RESPONSIBILITIES

We strive for meaningfulness in the daily lives of our residents. The responsibilities include assisting residents based on their individual needs such as personal care, social activation, and documentation.

At our nursing home, we work with continuous improvements where all employees are involved, which means developing the operations and improving the work environment.

You will work closely with various professionals, and we have team meetings every two weeks. Delegated tasks from nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists are included in the work.

We see good dialogue with relatives, good cooperation with colleagues, and a positive approach to our residents, as well as documentation, as important tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a friendly demeanor, good teamwork skills, flexibility, and strong documentation skills. It is therefore important that you are proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

As a person, you are positive, secure, creative, action-oriented, responsible, and solution-focused.

You take responsibility for your own and the shared tasks with the best interests of the organization in focus while working for cohesion/cooperation in the workgroup by showing respect, consideration, and care.

We require that you applying for the position must be a trained care assistant.
