Ice Cream Service Staff for First Camp

Do you love ice cream as much as we do? We are looking for true ice cream enthusiasts for our Ice Cream Bar, who can bring a smile to every guest's face.

We believe that a belly full of ice cream is the recipe for a super happy heart! For us, it’s not just a fun thing, it’s like getting a big smile served in every cone.

Who are First Camp?

Our goal is clear - to become the world's leading camping chain. Our goal is impossible to reach without satisfied guests. That’s why we need service-oriented employees in our Ice Cream Bar. We want to create that little extra on vacation!

What does the role entail?

As an ice cream service staff member, you will work in our Ice Cream Bar at the destination. You will create and serve ice cream to both big and small. You will also manage the small shop in the Ice Cream Bar with purchasing, restocking goods, and sales. Additionally, tasks such as dishwashing and cleaning are included.

Besides your main responsibility in the Ice Cream Bar, you are expected to be flexible and able to step in and support other areas as needed. We always work under the principle that the guests' needs come first, and we help each other solve any challenges.

Who are we looking for?

We would like you to have experience working in cafes, restaurants, or fast food places. If you are currently studying in the hotel and restaurant field, that’s a plus, but not a requirement.

Personality is key for us. We are looking for colleagues who can spread joy to both guests and staff. The role requires you to be positive even in stressful situations, quickly adapt to changes, and appreciate clear concepts and routines.

We expect you to be able to communicate fluently in Swedish and English to receive instructions and interact with our guests.

Conditions

We are looking for employees for the summer season with varying hours (20-40 h/week). Working hours may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends in accordance with the hotel and restaurant union's collective agreement.
