Team Lead with us:

In the role of team leader for Aerostructure & Installations, you will among other things:

• Act as a representative for the team in forums or meetings with various key personnel within the organization.

• Update and follow up on detailed plans for what needs to be implemented in the near future and report to the project office and Head of Aerostructure & Installations.

• Lead the team's scrum meetings.

• Participate in the Change Control Board.

Are you the one we are looking for? We place great emphasis on personal qualities to ensure that you feel as comfortable as possible with us. Therefore, we are looking for someone with good collaboration skills who can work with different people, as this role has many points of contact. Since the core of the role is to plan the department's tasks, it requires that you are structured and enjoy creating order and clarity. As this is a leadership role, we are also looking for someone with good leadership skills.

To understand the needs of the team and the organization, we see that you have a college or university degree in engineering, preferably with a focus on mechanical design or similar. It is an advantage if you are proficient in CAD tools. We are looking for someone with several years of experience working in one of the areas of expertise that the department possesses.  We are looking for someone with experience in a similar role and/or interest in leadership, where you have for example taken a scrum master course, project management course, or similar.

The position requires proficiency in both English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
