Maintenance Technician

Internally, we call this role a “1-minute technician” because you are the first on-site when something stops in production. The one who quickly steps in, troubleshoots, solves the problem, and gets everything running again. In short: our and the customer’s everyday hero.

About the Role

As a maintenance technician at Jernbro, you will work on-site at our customer's production facility. You will be an important part of the team that ensures that machines and equipment function as they should.

Your responsibilities include:

• Emergency and corrective maintenance
• Preventive maintenance
• Troubleshooting and repairs
• Contact with operators and production during downtime

The work is conducted in two shifts.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a technical interest and enjoys tinkering, fixing, and solving problems
• Is curious, positive, and stress-resistant, a person who thrives when things are happening
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written (needed for communication with production)
• Preferably has a high school education in technology, industry, vehicles, electrical, or similar

The most important thing for us is not how long you have worked, but that you have drive, curiosity, and a genuine interest in technology. Perhaps you have worked with engines, fixed mopeds, remodeled something in the garage, or just always liked to understand how things work.
