Field Service Technician Småland

The Role of Field Service Technician

• Work with everything from preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to installations, safety checks, and emergency problem-solving.
• Service and repair work on forklifts.
• Create a good and sustainable relationship with the customer for future assignments.
• Deliver work that exceeds customer expectations.
• Responsible for customer contact and planning of customer visits.
• You will work from home in your service vehicle with work in Småland.

Your qualifications as a Field Service Technician

• Experience in troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, or mechanical service of heavy vehicles.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
• Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• An administrative flair to manage documentation digitally.
• Driver's license B or higher is an advantage.
• Advantageous if you have hot work and overhead crane certificates.
• A good sense of customer relations.

• A team player who supports colleagues and works cross-functionally when needed.
• Organized and flexible as reprioritizations can occur on a daily basis.
