Our client OpenUp specializes in door automation and offers consultation, installation, and preventive maintenance for various doors, gates, shutters, and simpler locking systems and access control systems. Their products are tailored for different environments and can be found in both commercial and industrial premises. They are now looking for a technician and repairer for their door and gate automation.

Main responsibilities include:

• Assembly, troubleshooting, and maintenance of various types of swing and sliding door automation.
• Assembly and service of entrance revolving doors, gates, and speedgates.

The position is full-time with immediate start or according to agreement. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 07:00-16:00 with flexibility possible. In this role, you will work from home and regular travel to other locations will occur.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To thrive in the role of technician at OpenUp, it is advantageous if you have a background in craftsmanship and carpentry, or alternatively electrical or plumbing work. You who apply have a technical interest and are a problem solver. Furthermore, you are used to taking responsibility and can work independently as well as in a team. Since the role involves a lot of customer contact, you have a sense of customer service, are attentive to customer needs, and always ensure to deliver a first-class experience. To succeed in the role, you need to be organized, have a structured working method, and be able to handle stressful situations where multiple tasks require your attention. Requirements for the position are Swedish in speech and writing and a B driver's license.
