Property/Operations Technician Wanted

Do you want to work in an important role in our organization? We are now looking for a practical and technically skilled property/operations technician for our property department. The position is a central and varied role where you combine technical expertise with practical maintenance to ensure that our industrial property is of the highest standard. Responsibilities

In this combined role, you will work with the functionality and performance of the property. Your main tasks include:

• Ongoing supervision and maintenance to ensure a reliable property
• Handling incoming fault reports from the operations
• Active operation and monitoring of our technical systems, including heating, ventilation, cooling, and fire alarms
• Qualified troubleshooting and repairs to minimize operational disruptions
• Contact with external suppliers
• Preventive maintenance and rounds

• Possess technical competence in areas such as electrical, HVAC, ventilation, or control systems.

• Are flexible, with the ability to prioritize when circumstances change.
• Hold a B driver's license and master Swedish in speech and writing.
