Property Manager Wanted

Are you a person who sees what needs to be done – and does it? We are looking for a responsible, driven, and service-oriented property manager. Here you will have the opportunity to take initiative and provide our tenants with excellent service. As a property manager, you are responsible for ensuring that our residences function as they should, maintain close contact with tenants, and ensure that the living environment is safe, pleasant, and well-maintained. You will work closely with customers, colleagues, and contractors to create a good living environment.

Your responsibilities include:

• receiving, executing, and managing service requests and maintenance reports
• performing minor repairs and maintenance in apartments and associated areas, such as storage rooms
• ordering and following up on work from contractors
• supporting tenants with practical questions and providing excellent service
• participating in the rental process, from move-ins to move-outs and final inspections
• being responsible for apartment inspections
• contributing to safety and comfort in the area

As a property manager, you have the primary responsibility for building good customer relationships and working towards high satisfaction across our property portfolio. You are also the one who finds solutions when problems arise.

The position is a permanent full-time employment, with a probationary period. Start date by agreement.

About us

Witalabostäder AB is a property company with approximately 1000 rental apartments and several commercial spaces. We have extensive experience as a landlord and have managed both apartments and commercial premises since 1963. Today, we have 26 employees and operate from our bright, fresh offices on Stålvägen. We also manage the property portfolio of AB Vetlanda Industrilokaler, which consists of approximately 40,000 square meters of industrial premises. Qualifications

To be suitable for the position, you need to have:

• vocational high school education with a focus on property management or another equivalent high school education
• driver's license (B)
• good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have:

• previous experience working with properties
• B96 driver's license or BE
• experience in practical work, with basic carpentry skills and problem-solving abilities
• experience with Office 365
• experience with property management systems like Vitec or equivalent
• knowledge of languages other than Swedish
