HSB plans, finances, builds, and manages housing throughout Sweden – currently totaling approximately 25,000 rental apartments and 340,000 condominium apartments.

HSB Södra Norrland operates in Gävleborg, Västernorrland, and Jämtland. We serve about 450 condominium associations and other property owners with a comprehensive range of management services. HSB also has about 2,000 rental apartments in the area. We have nearly 250 skilled employees who now need reinforcement in Östersund. We are looking for someone who wholeheartedly wants to contribute to our continued positive development.

Responsibilities and Tasks

Your tasks will involve working as a property manager for condominium associations in Östersund and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for developing the value of the properties and our customers' residential areas in a businesslike and customer-oriented manner. The property manager is a qualified advisor to the board of the association and ensures that decisions are implemented.

Traditional management tasks such as inspections, local and maintenance projects, contractor contacts, etc. are a large part of the job. Ordering work, invoice management, and contact with residents are also examples of areas for which the property manager is responsible. You will work on joint projects to implement measures according to maintenance plans and to create good relationships with boards, residents, and authorities. You will plan and conduct board meetings and annual meetings in accordance with our customers' statutes. The work also involves evening work. The position is based in Östersund, with travel to nearby locations during the day.

Experience

You have relevant education and extensive experience from similar work. It is advantageous if you have 3-5 years of industry experience in technical management and have had customer responsibility.

We continue to develop the role and invest in long-term plans to strengthen the development and value of the properties owned by our customers. For this reason, we would like you to have experience in procurement within construction and maintenance as well as having had financial responsibility. In your role as a property manager, you will plan your work independently. The role requires proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good computer skills.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.

The position is covered by the I-agreement between Fastigo and Unionen and begins with a 6-month probationary period. Start date is according to agreement.
