We are now looking for an experienced developer who wants to work with cutting-edge technology at our client's office in Gothenburg. Our partner is a leading product company in the defense industry, active in many technical areas for people's safety in society.

You will belong to a customer team that works with systems for collecting, aggregating, and analyzing technical diagnostic data. The solutions are used to monitor and ensure availability and functionality in advanced technical systems, where high demands are placed on quality, robustness, and security.

The role is senior and entails a clear technical responsibility within the team. You contribute stability and direction in the daily work and are expected to take a lead role in development.

You work closely with deliveries and are involved in the entire development chain – from requirements and implementation to integration, troubleshooting, testing, and deployment. The focus is on further developing common platform components rather than creating customized solutions for each project. The environment is Linux-based, and the role is system-close, with limited libraries and security-classified solutions.

The team consists of five developers and a very experienced product owner. The group has a mix of junior and senior competencies and drives several parallel initiatives, which requires collaboration, technical judgment, and the ability to see the big picture.

We see that you have:

• Several years of experience in Java development within backend

• Good experience with Linux-based environments

• Familiarity with system integration, troubleshooting, and complex flows

• Experience in environments with high demands on quality and security

Experience with CI/CD flows and test automation is a merit. You are a developer who thrives in a practical and varied everyday life where problem-solving, software thinking, and a holistic perspective are central. You are confident in your skills and are happy to contribute in a leading role, both technically and in collaboration with the team.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary

Scope: Full-time, permanent

Start: Immediately, considering your possible notice period

Location: Gothenburg

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. This position requires Swedish citizenship.
