About us

Riddarstensgården consists of five units with a total of 40 single-room apartments. Within each unit, there are common areas and beautiful outdoor spaces. Riddarstensgården is a Silviahem certified residence, which means that the staff at Riddarstensgården are trained in dementia care to contribute to the highest possible quality of life for those with dementia and their relatives. Your tasks

As a nursing assistant at Humana Riddarstensgården, you will have a varied job where you plan and implement weekly planning, manage medications, and plan activities. You will document and handle any deviations daily. Together with colleagues, you will distribute tasks and communicate with HSL staff such as registered nurses, rehabilitation staff, and on-call nurses.

Examples of tasks:

• Be a contact person and responsible for establishing and following up on your clients' weekly planning and implementation plan
• Receive delegation of medication from a nurse
• Conduct fun activities
• Manage documents and deviations

Working hours and employment rate: Day and evening, 85%

Employment form: Permanent employment, we apply a six-month probationary period.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting for base salary, other compensations are provided according to collective agreements.

Start date: Immediately or as agreed.

Who are you?

We are looking for a team player – a responsible person who enjoys working both independently and in a group. You have the ability to see the big picture and are not afraid to take initiative. You are accustomed to documentation and work with quality as a guiding principle. Experience in person-centered work is an advantage, and we believe it is important that you are a relationship builder with good collaboration skills and a positive outlook.

We are looking for someone who:

•  Is a trained nursing assistant or has equivalent work experience
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing
• It is an advantage if you have:
• Experience working in elderly care or home care
• Experience working with individuals with dementia
• Experience from privately run operations

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you can present valid ID and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden.
