ISS Food & Beverage serves over 42,000 meals every day - traditional home cooking or innovative crossover. For preschool children, students, hospital patients, elderly care homes, staff meals. The needs are different, the tastes are different, the environments are different, but everyone is united in the demands for quality.

We are now looking for Restaurant Assistants for receiving tasks at our client in Mölndal. We serve about 200 guests per day – lunch and dinner, we serve food 365 days a year.

About the role

You will, under the guidance of the chef, kitchen manager, and restaurant manager, receive food and portion it at two times during the day, namely lunch and dinner. Packing bags with evening meals is included. Dishwashing and cleaning of the receiving kitchen are part of the responsibilities. Your responsibilities include, in addition to regular restaurant assistant tasks, also some packing of food. You will work according to current instructions with high quality and good self-control.

We are looking for employees for both part-time and full-time roles. The position is a permanent employment with a three-month probation period. Location: Mölndal

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in food and service. You have previous experience and have worked in the restaurant industry. As a person, you are self-driven, flexible. You are organized and have the ability to plan, structure, and organize your work. Your social skills are strong where you are open, attentive, clear, and have very good collaboration skills. You are driven and communicative and thrive in a fast-paced environment. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

You have good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You are goal-oriented, self-driven, and responsible. Good collaboration skills and an interest in people are prerequisites for succeeding in the job. A driver's license is a requirement as we sometimes need to drive food deliveries.
