JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The work as a care assistant/certified nursing assistant at Mysinge elderly care home involves assisting the users according to their individual needs in personal care, meal situations, transfers, activities, etc. An important task is to support the healthy aspects of the users. This means providing them with support and encouraging them to continue doing what they can manage on their own. We place great importance on the contact person system and work with the individual's best interests at the center. Our goal is for the users to experience dignity and well-being as far as possible.

Working hours: shift work, night.

QUALIFICATIONS

We primarily seek those who have studied the health and care program at the high school level. Experience in care work and knowledge of dementia diseases are advantageous. We value high empathy and strong commitment to the well-being of elderly people and their right to a dignified life. Recognizing the users' different needs and possibilities is a given for you. It is important that you have a professional and respectful approach and the ability to create security and calm even in stressful situations. You have a positive attitude and contribute to a positive work climate to promote good collaboration. The work requires medical care work as delegated by a nurse.

We also see that you have excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and have at least three years of experience in care or health care.
