Your role with us

As a nurse, you will have a stimulating and varied job where you have significant nursing responsibilities. You will work in a team with various internal professionals and external healthcare providers and have the opportunity to plan your workday yourself. The role also includes:

• Planning and implementing care measures
• Documentation
• Delegation of tasks to nursing staff
• Medication management
• Training and supervision of staff and patients

Your working hours are according to a schedule, primarily during the day. In a 12-week period, you will work 4 evenings and 2 weekends.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest and commitment to working with elderly patients who have physical and cognitive disabilities. Furthermore, you should have:

• Nursing license or ongoing education to become a nurse with graduation in the near future
• Valid B driver's license
• Good digital competence and can handle phone, apps, computer, and programs without problems, as well as the ability to quickly learn new digital systems and tools as needed

Previous experience as a nurse, experience from municipal care, or completed specialist training in district nursing or elderly care is advantageous. As a person, you are structured and take responsibility for planning and prioritizing your work. You enjoy collaborating, building good relationships, and working towards common goals. You are also creative, remain calm in challenges, and find new solutions when needed.
