About the Client Company

We are looking for Production Staff who want to work extra for one of our clients in the manufacturing industry outside Borås.

Job Responsibilities

You will work in a team and the tasks may vary. Your main responsibilities will include hanging up and taking down metal parts on a production line, but simpler assembly, packing, and quality inspection may also occur. Since the work can sometimes be physically demanding, it is an advantage if you do not mind physical work.

You need to be flexible and able to step in and start working at short notice when the need arises.

A requirement is that you can work shifts, as the working hours are scheduled for both day, evening, and night. The needs only apply to weekdays as weekend work does not occur at the workplace. You must be a student or have another main occupation of at least 50%.

Background and Personal Qualities

It is desirable if you have completed a practical education or have previous experience in the industry, but it is not a requirement. The main thing is that you have the motivation and willingness to learn. A driver's license and access to a car are required as public transport does not align with the working hours.

You are meticulous and can maintain a high pace while working. You have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards work. Furthermore, you enjoy working in a team and contribute to a good atmosphere at the workplace.
