About the Role

As a customer service representative, you will be an essential part of an engaged team and serve as the customer's first point of contact with the company. You will handle incoming inquiries via phone and email, answer questions, guide customers, and ensure that each interaction leads to a positive experience.

The position is a full-time role for 6 months with the possibility of extension. Working hours are scheduled during office hours, Monday to Friday, with a desired start date to be agreed upon.

About You

We are looking for someone with previous experience in customer service who is passionate about helping people. You are comfortable communicating via both phone and email, solution-oriented, and have a professional and clear communication style.

You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. As a person, you are positive, cooperative, and adaptable to different situations and customer needs.

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
