Do you have experience in holistic advisory and a passion for business as well as building customer relationships? • Provide the best possible reception and business-oriented service to Swedbank's Premium customers for whom you are responsible.

• Work focused on one of the bank's most prioritized customer segments.

• Be responsible for taking over an existing customer base and refining it through a proactive and structured approach, of course, you will also prospect for new customers.

• Offer comprehensive financial advice primarily to private customers but also to corporate customers.

• Become part of a team with driven and pleasant colleagues within the premium group and have close cooperation with, among others, Private Banking, C&I, and insurance specialists.

• Broaden and deepen your competence, work with self-leadership, and contribute to the unit's common results.

• Further develop within Swedbank – the career paths within the bank are many and internal mobility is encouraged to broaden competence, personal development, and the bank's competitiveness.

In this role, you need:

• Swedsec Advisor License, Swedsec Mortgage and Insurance Distribution Rights Life Private (IDD).

• Have a strong drive and take your own initiatives to achieve high customer satisfaction.

• A very good ability to develop customer relationships and business over time.

• High competence to inventory and manage the customer's total private economy and read and understand the customer's needs.

• At least two years of experience in pension, savings, insurance, and credit business.

• Be a team player, have an easy time collaborating with your colleagues, and strive for the team's success as much as your own.

• Be social, curious, results-focused, and maintain a high level of service towards customers.

• Good ability to negotiate prices and terms.

• Good knowledge of anti-money laundering work and customer knowledge (AML/KYC).

• Master taxes and legal aspects concerning personal finance.

• Compliance regarding advisory documentation.

• Service orientation, quality awareness, structure in your work, business acumen, and be solution-oriented and relationship-building.

• Good oral and written presentation skills.
