We are looking for staff for The Nationals reception.

We are seeking both seasonal staff (employment March/April–October/November) and summer staff (employment May/June–August/September). Some positions may potentially become permanent.

Working in our reception means taking care of our guests in everything from distributing scorecards and conference services to checking in and out hotel guests, as well as sales in our Golf Shop. As a receptionist, you play a central role in creating a welcoming, efficient, and premium experience for our members and guests.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Wants to develop and contributes with joy and kindness
  • Enjoys delivering experiences that exceed guests' expectations
  • Wants to contribute to the company's development and goal fulfillment
  • Is a good team player and enjoys working together
  • Can work days, evenings, and weekends
  • Masters Swedish and English in speech and writing
  • Has good knowledge of Office packages
  • Is quick to learn new digital tools and systems
Meritorious:
  • Experience in hotel or conference reception
  • Interest in golf
  • Worked in retail
  • Experience with Golf's IT systems

Working hours can vary between part-time and full-time – we will agree together on what suits you and the business. A driver's license and car are an advantage, but the facility is also accessible by public transport.

The company has a collective agreement with HRF/Unionen-Visita.
