About the job

As an Advisor, you will have your own customer responsibility and work with our entire range of services within saving, investing, lending, payment, and insurance. You will collaborate closely with your colleagues, both in the office and in other departments, as one of Länsförsäkringar's strengths is to offer a complete solution. Your work will involve both acquiring new customers and working with existing ones. The work is set with both individual and collective goals that you will be coached towards. As a person, you should be open to change and willing to try new things to continuously develop yourself and simultaneously develop the team.

Who are you?

As a Personal Advisor, you play an important role in helping customers based on where they are in life and planning for the future. You provide relevant advice based on LF Dalarnas' goals focusing on savings, lending, insurance, and investments. You will meet customers both digitally and physically at the office. It is an advantage if you have a Swedsec license for both mortgages and advisory services.

You actively participate in creating a good atmosphere and developing together with colleagues. You have the ability to understand the customer's situation and a natural talent for building relationships. The role requires you to be a meticulous and responsible person who has both the customer's and Länsförsäkringar's best interests in mind. You thrive in an outgoing role in contact with our customers and can convey information clearly and simply both verbally and in writing. As an advisor, you are structured, adaptable, and embrace new technology that you use in the digital meeting with the customer. You have the ability to prioritize and be businesslike in your assessments.
