JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In Mellanstaden 2, we work according to a salutogenic approach and strive to consider the whole person. As a care assistant in home care, you will work with care and service tasks in the client's home based on the implementation plan. This can involve everything from escorting and personal hygiene to everyday chores and walks. We work according to Individual Needs in Focus (IBIC) and continuously use digital solutions and systems. We are proud to be available for our clients every day of the year, which means we work days, evenings, and weekends. The job includes good communication with clients and relatives, close collaboration with colleagues, and health care tasks delegated by a nurse.

QUALIFICATIONS

Mandatory Requirements

• Professional certificate from a completed and approved care assistant education for high school programs or other approved education. Alternatively, a care aide.
• Documentation is an important part of our work, so you need to have a good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
