We at Randstad are now looking for a driven and solution-oriented maintenance technician for an exciting assignment with our client, AstraZeneca in Södertälje. Here you will have the chance to work in a high-tech environment where your work to ensure operational reliability is crucial.

As a maintenance technician at AstraZeneca, you will be a key person in production. The work is scheduled in a 5-shift pattern, which requires your flexibility but also gives you longer continuous time off. You will work in a team characterized by high pace and continuous improvements. Your main tasks will include planning and performing preventive and corrective maintenance, including troubleshooting and documentation. You will proactively work to eliminate root causes of failures using Lean tools and data analysis, and actively participate in improvement work.

We are looking for someone who is self-driven, structured, and innovative in problem-solving, thriving in a demanding environment with a high pace. To succeed in this role, you must have a technical high school diploma, documented experience in TPM work, and good communication skills in both Swedish and English. Experience from classified clean environments and/or electrical and automation skills are highly meritorious.

The role starts as a consultancy position via Randstad. As a consultant at Randstad, you are employed by us and work at our clients' sites. Responsibilities

Tasks:

• Preparation, planning, and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Troubleshoot and restore equipment, document work, and work to eliminate root causes of wear
• Problem-solving using Lean tools
• Collect data, analyze, improve, and eliminate recurring faults on components
• Participate in improvement work and development of activities based on conducted analyses

Qualifications

Requirements for the position:

• High school diploma with a technical focus, preferably in control and regulation technology and/or mechanics
• Documented experience in TPM-related tasks
• Good initiative and ability to generate ideas and solve problems independently
• Accustomed to and thrive in a fast-paced, demanding, and developing environment
• Good ability to communicate and express yourself verbally and in writing, both in Swedish and English

Meritorious

• Previous experience in maintenance work in classified clean rooms (RKC environment)
• Electrical and/or automation experience
