About the Role

We are looking for a web designer who combines technical skills with a sense of form and detail. You will design and develop websites in Wix Studio and work with both frontend and backend via Velo. The role suits you if you want to work at a fast pace, create modern interfaces, and deliver professional solutions for real client projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and development of websites
• Coding in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Node.js
• Create backend logic, databases, and integrations via Velo (javascript/node.js)
• Designing UI/UX, layouts, and visual components
• Optimization for mobile, performance, and usability
• Ongoing updates, troubleshooting, and improvement work
• Participate in brainstorming and development of new concepts

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Node.js
• Portfolio with previous web design or development work
• Very good sense of design, color, typography, and layout
• Ability to work independently and drive projects forward
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious

• Experience with Wix Studio frontend and backend
• Experience with API integrations
• UI/UX work in Figma or similar
• Basic SEO knowledge
• Previous experience in an agency or client projects
