We are looking for a service technician for our repair and maintenance team that works with service and maintenance for the entire Vätterhem property portfolio. Together, we form a service function for the entire Vätterhem property portfolio. The work is carried out both independently and in teams, providing you with a varied and stimulating daily routine.

Your main responsibilities:

• Service, repair, as well as planning and execution of preventive maintenance/supervision of appliances, laundry room equipment, commercial kitchen equipment, and refrigeration equipment in our properties.
• Participate in internal training and share your knowledge.
• Contribute to knowledge exchange within the team to continuously improve our services.
• Daily contact with tenants to ensure high service quality.
• On-call duty may be included in the work, but it is not a requirement.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with a technical or practical high school education or equivalent experience with at least three years of work experience in the industry. You have previous experience working with appliances, laundry room equipment, and commercial kitchen equipment. It is an advantage if you have electrical or refrigeration certification as well as experience with Wascator, Miele, and Cylinda's property machines.

To thrive in the role of service technician, you are technically skilled and have a strong drive to develop. You have good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written; additional language skills are an advantage. A B driver's license is a requirement for the position.
