We are now looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician/Machine Builder who wants to become a key person in our team in Värnamo. Your Role - Where Your Skills Create Real Value

In this role, you will be a central part of our production and have significant responsibility for keeping our machines and flow in top condition. You will have a varied daily routine where you work both practically and problem-solving.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on our production equipment
• Building fixtures, smaller machines, and smart tools that streamline our production
• Actively contributing to our daily improvement work (tier process)
• Participating in important EHS activities (environment, health, and safety)
• Ensuring proper documentation and compliance with GMP/GDP
• Supporting various engineering projects and driving your own initiatives in the maintenance area

Who Are You?

To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• Education in electrical engineering, technology, or equivalent experience from an industrial environment
• Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
• Experience with workshop machines such as mills and lathes
• The ability to work independently and take initiative while appreciating teamwork
• A solution-oriented mindset and interest in developing and improving
• Good computer skills
• Proficiency in both Swedish and English
