Here you will have a role with a lot of freedom, responsibility, and variety, starting from Jönköping but covering all of Sweden.

As a traveling service technician at Vartex, you will work closely with our customers in the field with a varied everyday life where you combine practical work with customer contact and service. You will be based in Jönköping and collaborate closely with our colleagues both locally and in Varberg.

In the role, you will among other things:

• Perform emergency and planned maintenance on fitness equipment, gym machines, and gym floors
• Carry out installations of gym equipment for private and corporate customers
• Install entirely new gym facilities together with colleagues
• Identify and suggest complementary products or services at customer sites
• Contribute to high customer satisfaction through professional interaction and good service

You will be based at our office in Jönköping with regular working hours from 07:30 to 16:30 with the possibility of flexibility. Work takes place Monday to Friday, and you control your days in consultation with your colleagues. Overnight stays may occur in the job and are compensated according to allowances. The role involves travel throughout Sweden, where you will receive support from both the team planning the assignments and our three service technicians in Varberg.

To be the one we are looking for, we believe you are a technically skilled and curious person with a high sense of service who is eager to contribute your knowledge and has a professional demeanor. You enjoy being on the road in your job and gain energy from satisfied customers and providing good service. If you have previously worked in a similar role as a traveling technician, this is a merit but not a requirement.

Furthermore, we also believe that you have:

• A valid driver's license (B). BE/C/CE licenses are a merit but not a requirement
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, with knowledge of English
• An interest in gyms and training, with experience in this type of environment

Knowledge of electricity and electrical engineering is a merit, but not a requirement. We believe you are an initiative-taking, service-oriented, and meticulous person with a positive and problem-solving attitude, who understands the importance of good collaboration and satisfied customers. You thrive in an independent role, are responsible, flexible, and detail-oriented. With your positive and trustworthy demeanor, you create security for both customers and colleagues, while also being eager to contribute ideas and initiatives that strengthen and further develop the business.
