We are looking for a driven maintenance technician for the JYSK Distribution Center in Nässjö. If you have a strong interest in everything related to electricity, automation, and want to work in an innovative workplace, then this is the job for you!

Responsibilities

As a maintenance technician, you will be responsible for daily operations, troubleshooting, installations, and preventive maintenance. You will also work with technical development as well as support and service. You will be part of a team consisting of property technicians, electricians, and mechanics, where you will collectively drive continuous improvement efforts to contribute to high efficiency and a good working environment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a modern and highly automated workplace characterized by a fast pace and quick decision-making processes. You will have the chance to influence and further develop their production. Your workdays will be varied, with rotating tasks. For example, one week you may work on corrective maintenance, dealing with repairs and urgent incidents, such as handling alarms. The next week, you may focus on more preventive or planned maintenance. Some of your tasks include:

• Daily and preventive maintenance work
• The daily operation of the facility
• Working on continuous improvements to keep the facility in good condition
• Actively working on technical development and maintenance at an operational level

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Several years of professional experience in mechanics/electricity/pneumatics
• Strong technical interest and knowledge
• Computer literacy
• Fluent in Swedish and comfortable with English, both spoken and written
• Driver's license B and forklift license
• Experience from previous work with automation systems is an advantage, as well as work with hydraulics
