Take Over a Dental Clinic in Uppsala

An opportunity has arisen to take over and continue running one of Praktikertjänst's clinics centrally located in Uppsala.

Well-managed and fully equipped 2-room practice in a group clinic with 6 treatment rooms.

Sterile and common areas are shared with another dental team and a hygienist.

The treatment rooms are bright and pleasant with an open layout.

There is good collaboration. Friendly patients and good patient access.

I have worked with my skilled nurse for 24 years and now intend to retire.

Looking for a serious dentist who wants to take over the baton and continue the work at the clinic together with the nurse.

As a co-owner, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the practice. You will have the support of Praktikertjänst's network of specialists in various areas, such as safety, legal, HR, property, administration, finance, IT and telecommunications, quality, communication, purchasing, pensions, and environment. As part of the role, you will be responsible for the business's results, which means you will create a budget and be accountable for the financial outcome.

Responsibilities

• You lead and distribute work among the staff
• You work clinically as a dentist
• Staff responsibility, goals and development dialogues, as well as salary discussions
• Recruitment as needed
• Ensure that staff have adequate skills and work on competence development
• Responsible for the work environment

Qualifications

• Licensed dentist
• 3-5 years of work experience
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

We are looking for a qualified dentist. You are a confident person who wants to work with various patient groups and are well acquainted with diagnostics and treatment planning. You are a skilled clinician who sees it as a given to combine quality dental care with a good approach. You also enjoy leading other people.

As a person, you are communicative, calm, balanced, and trustworthy in meetings with patients and colleagues.
